About Stephen Norris
Stephen Norris is a 1993 graduate of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas, and for over 30 years he has served local churches in pastoral ministry. In 2020 he resigned from 22 years of full-time ministry and returned to bi-vocational ministry where he pastors a small home church startup. He now works full-time as a machine operator at a food manufacturing plant. Stephen’s heart is to help people discover the awesomeness of Jesus by engaging them with biblical truth, resulting in an increased ability to love God and others.
Okay, it’s me writing this, so enough trying to sound official. What I’m really proud of is my family. I married Tina Bybee in 1994 - the prettiest girl at Southwestern. No really! I’m not exaggerating. She is a wonderful wife and mother; and loves Jesus. We have two children. Micaiah is a graduate of the International House of Prayer University in Kansas City. She lives in Kansas City where she is a phenomenal worship leader at a local church. Seth is a graduate of Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA., with a degree in film scoring. He can play a slew of instruments and is an amazing worship leader as well. Both of my children love Jesus. Whatever success, or non-success, I’ve had in ministry matters little compared to knowing my children are walking in the truth my wife and I have attempted to pass down to them (3 John 4). I hope the content on this site is a blessing to you, encouraging and challenging you in your walk with Christ.
